Purchase Policy/Refunds

Thank you for your interest in my products and services. It is my hope that you’ll see your purchase as an investment in you and your business. When you purchase one of my products, you are making an agreement with yourself. To honor that commitment, and because all of my products are digital and/or electronic in nature, please know that all sales are final, and I am unable to provide refunds or returns.

Of course, that doesn’t mean I’m not 100% invested in seeing that you are happy with your purchase. If you have a problem downloading the product, didn't get a course email, or need some additional support, please contact me at nicelady@nitaapple.com right away, and I’ll see to it that you get what you need.

Scheduling time with me

The same goes for the time you’ve scheduled with me - because I have a deliberately small client list, I save room for you in my heart and on my calendar. This means you get a fully present laser-focused Nita, all to yourself. To honor my commitment to you, I often have to turn down others, so once work has started on your project, no refunds will be provided.

I want to encourage you to check your gut and heart before signing on the bottom line to work with me. How I present myself online is how I present myself in person - but I get it - my casual informal playful style doesn’t jive with everyone. I’m more than happy to pass on referrals. Your person is out there.

Still not convinced that I’m the right fit for you? No problem, you can always reach out to me right here, and if need be, we can schedule a little get-to-know-you call. I want you to feel good about your decision to work with me, so let’s make a pact to get you what you need, okay?

Copyrights and sharing my work

All words, works, products, and service offerings on nitaapple.com are considered creative work products and therefore copyrighted to me. Please do not use or share without proper credit to me and link back to nitaapple.com.

Loved one of my digital products (courses or downloads)? I’m honored, thank you, but please do not share my work with others who have not paid for it. Creating products and downloads is part of how I keep the kibble bowl full over here at nitaapple.com and I work hard to keep price points accessible so people can have complete access to some of my best thinking - even if they can’t afford to work with me directly.

Please don’t give my work away for free.  Even my free digital downloads - those are no strings attached (read; no mailing list funnel to go through) gifts to help people get familiar with me and my work. Why not refer them to the site to download for themselves? They might find something else that tickles their fancy.

Affiliate links

Speaking of affiliates…occasionally, and I do mean occasionally, I’ll use an affiliate link to endorse a product or service I really love. But my rules for affiliate love are simple:

1. I absolutely have to believe in the product. 100%.
2. I always let folks know when an affiliate link is being used.

In addition, 100% of the money earned from affiliates and sponsors is donated to charity. You can read more about how I spread the love right here.

Rights to Privacy

Oh yeah, one more very important thing! You’ve got a right to privacy, and I’m here to tell you, I respect that about you. Only the information that's needed to complete a sale or deliver a product is kept and that information is not sold or used to send you a slew of emails from me. No sirree. Newsletters and such - they’re not my jam. Psst, wanna make sure NO ONE is using your personal information? You can prevent all companies from watching you right here --->>> NAI Consumer Opt-Out. It's hella convenient and totes legit. (NAI Consumer Opt-out was featured on the Today Show, you can see that here.)
